Please Note: Credit is not automatically applied to future events, if you have credit* to use for a future event, use the contact form (found in the footer of this page) to request it to be applied to the event you want to attend.
Last minute cancellations due to weather and/or registrant health issues will receive credit for future Summit events/Live Streaming, no cash refunds. (Credit policy went into effect beginning Jan 2017).
Refund & Covid Policy for 2024 San Diego Pain Summit.
Policy is for workshops/dinner/conference - SPECIAL: sign up between now and April 30, 2023 and get a full refund (minus processing fee) if need to cancel by November 30, 2023.
Reg. refund policy for all sign ups made after April 30, 2023:
May 1, 2023 - June 30, 2023 = 100% refund
July 1, 2023 - Sept. 30, 2023 = 50% refund.
Oct. 1, 2023 - March 2024 = no refund - credit only.
2024 Live Stream pkg & Recordings only - Full refund, minus processing fee, if cancel by Feb. 27th. After Feb. 27th, credit only for future SDPS events.

Policy is for workshops/dinner/conference - SPECIAL: sign up between now and May 1, 2022 and get a full refund (minus processing fee) if need to cancel by November 30, 2022.
All registrations purchased after May 1, 2022- Full refund (minus processing fee) if need to cancel by June 30, 2022.
50% refund if need to cancel by September 30, 2022.
No refunds if canceled on or after Oct. 1, 2022 - credit only.
2023 Live Stream - full refund (minus processing fee) if need to cancel by Feb. 15th. After Feb. 15th, credit only.
2023 Recordings Only - Refund policy: Full refund if need to cancel by Feb. 20, 2023. After Feb. 20, 2023, no refund.

Register for any pre-conference workshop and/or 2 day conference & Win 2 FREE nights at The Dana On Mission Bay. Ends June 15, 2022.
* Terms: Two free room nights are only valid during the Feb 14-19, 2023 San Diego Pain Summit. If winner cancels registration, the prize is voided and another winner will be chosen. Non-transferrable for cash.
Covid Policy 2023
At this time (May 2022) proof of vaccines will not be required for the 2023 San Diego Pain Summit. However, there may be a negative test and mask requirement (only N95 or KN95 masks will be approved). Masks will be provided if needed. Virtual options to participate are available.

Policy is for workshops/dinner/conference - Full refund (minus processing fee) if need to cancel by June 30, 2021 - 50% refund if need to cancel between July 1 - September 30th. No refunds if cancel from October 1, 2021, credit only.
Live Stream Pkg - Full refund (minus processing fee) if need to cancel by Feb. 20, 2022. After Feb. 20, 2022, credit only.
Refund Policy for Pain Summit Online/Streaming Recordings:
No refunds.
*ALL refunds will have a processing fee (amount depends on the cost of the item) subtracted & may take up to 90 days to be credited back to the card used to make the purchase
*Credit is available for as long as San Diego Pain Summit continues operation. All credits are considered null & void when San Diego Pain Summit closes and is non redeemable for cash.
