2018 San Diego Pain Summit Refund Policies



If you are going to be traveling to San Diego for the 2018 Summit from within the U.S.

Be warned that you may need a passport to fly from and return to your state. TSA Official website with announcement.

Refunds will not be given for missing the Summit if your state requires a passport and you weren't able to get one in time. Credit can be applied to future Summit workshops/presentations/videos.

Special Refund Offer- Register for 2018 Summit between March 1 & April 20 and get a full refund (if need to cancel) until Nov. 15, 2017.

For all registrations beginning April 20 until Feb. 9th (registration not accepted at door):

50% Refund until Aug. 31, 2017

No refund after Sept. 1, 2017*

* If you need to cancel attending the Summit after Sept. 1, you will receive the live-stream pkg (which includes recordings to view at any time once uploaded) OR credit to be applied to a future Summit (effective beginning Jan 2017).

There are currently 2 discount offers for members of the RMTBC and for chiropractors in BC, Canada. If you would like to access the code, members of the RMTBC need to contact your association. For chiropractors working in BC- please complete this form to contact the chiropractor in BC who is distributing the discount.

The Summit is not responsible for for applying refunds for missed discount opportunities.

About Live Stream pkg and Basic Video pkg refunds:

  • Live Stream pkg: full refund, minus $20 service fee, if need to cancel by Feb. 9th. No refund for cancellations after 11:59 pm PST on Feb. 9th. 
  • Basic Video pkg: full refund, minus $20 service fee. No refund once the pass codes have been emailed - no exceptions.
